What GrayRhino AI can do
GrayRhino AI helps businesses measure brand visibility in AI search answers and turn evidence into practical next actions.
- Measure brand visibility in AI search answers, currently for Mainland China and Simplified Chinese scenarios only.
- The current measurement sources are Volcengine Ark and Baidu Qianfan only.
- Show real answers, brand mentions, competitor mentions, citation sources, and source-by-source results.
- Generate actionable Actions from evidence, helping you improve your website, FAQ, knowledge base, or citation content.
- When plan entitlements allow, run retests, manual monitoring, and scheduled monitoring.
Results are for diagnosis and improvement. They are not fixed consumer rankings or scientific composite scores.
Steps for new users
From registration to the first report, the usual flow is below.
- 1Click “Create account and start checking”Enter the sign-up page from the website or the bottom of this guide.
- 2Fill in profile, email, and passwordFollow the form fields for name, company, job title, industry, current need, email, and password.
- 3Verify email and log inOpen the verification email, complete verification, and return to the login page to enter the app dashboard.
- 4Create a brand projectEnter the brand, official website, industry, and competitors. Competitors can be listed one per line for mention comparison.
- 5Confirm the question setThe system creates 20 candidate questions and runs 5 core questions in the first free baseline.
- 6Wait for measurementWait for Volcengine Ark and Baidu Qianfan to finish measurement. Results are not lost if you close the page.
- 7Read the report and evidenceReview question-by-question evidence, real answers, brand mentions, competitor mentions, citation sources, source-by-source results, and Actions.
- 8Continue optimization and monitoringDepending on your plan, continue with Action retests, manual monitoring, scheduled monitoring, or team collaboration.

Can I run a check without registering?
No. GrayRhino AI currently opens checks only to users who have registered and verified their email. After registration, you can create a brand project and view reports and monitoring records in your account.
Which AI measurement sources are currently supported?
The current measurement sources are Volcengine Ark and Baidu Qianfan. The current scope is Mainland China and Simplified Chinese.
Why did I not receive the verification email?
Please check spam, promotions, and company mailbox filters, then confirm that the email address was entered correctly. You can resend the verification email on the sign-up page. If it still does not arrive, contact chat@huixilab.com.
What should I do if my email is already registered or verified?
If the email is already registered or verified, log in directly. If you forgot the password, use the password recovery page to reset it.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Open the password recovery page and enter your registered email. When the information matches, the system will send a reset email. After resetting the password, log in again.
How long does a check usually take?
Timing depends on measurement-source response, question volume, and network conditions. The first baseline waits for Volcengine Ark and Baidu Qianfan to return results. When it finishes, the report status appears in the app dashboard.
Will results be lost if I close the page?
No. Logged-in projects, questions, reports, evidence, and Actions are saved in the workspace connected to your account. You can return to the project page later.
What does partial completion mean?
Partial completion means this check has ended, but only some measurement sources returned valid evidence. Completed content remains available to review; missing content will not be filled in automatically. To measure again, start a retest or future monitoring run when your plan entitlements allow it.
What does the report include?
The report includes real answers for each question, brand mentions, competitor mentions, citation sources, source-by-source results, and evidence-based Actions.
Why is there no single overall score?
One check can change with wording, timing, public information, and measurement-source behavior. GrayRhino AI focuses on traceable evidence and actionable Actions, so it does not present one check as a fixed consumer ranking or a scientific composite score.
What is the difference between the free and paid plans?
The free plan supports the first baseline check. Founder and Team plans provide monitoring and retest runs within each 30-day plan period and, within plan entitlements, manual monitoring, scheduled monitoring, or team collaboration. The Plan page shows the current entitlements.
How do I buy the Founder or Team plan?
Founder and Team plans are currently activated manually. Contact chat@huixilab.com with your company name, account email, and the plan you need.
Does the service auto-renew?
No. There is no automatic renewal at this time. Founder and Team purchases, invoices, upgrades, and renewals are confirmed manually.
Can I download a PDF?
When the report page does not provide PDF download, we do not promise PDF download. You can view evidence, questions, citations, and Actions on the report page.
