Information we collect
When you contact GrayRhino AI by email, booking request, AI visibility check, or other channels, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as company name, website, industry, contact person, contact details, inquiry details, brand names, keywords, competitors, and public website information submitted for analysis.
The website may also generate basic technical information, such as visit time, page views, device type, browser type, IP address, referrer, and server logs. We use Google Analytics to understand website performance and configure IP anonymization where supported.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, provide GEO / AI visibility checks, diagnose enterprise AI application opportunities, deliver services, maintain website security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the website experience.
We do not sell personal information or use inquiry content for purposes unrelated to our services.
AI visibility checks and third-party services
AI visibility checks may process the brand, website, industry, region, keywords, competitors, or questions you submit. Checks may involve public web analysis, search result analysis, and third-party AI or search services; those services may process data outside Mainland China. Please avoid submitting trade secrets or sensitive personal information unless necessary.
Free checks store the submitted inputs, model answers, citations, mentions, and evidence needed to render the report, but we do not add raw IP addresses, User-Agent strings, answer text, or report tokens to application logs for this feature. Report tokens are used only in the URL path, and the database stores only token hashes.
Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google services may be unstable or incomplete in some regions, including parts of Mainland China. If we later add Baidu Analytics, Tencent analytics, Vercel Analytics, or other tools, we will update this policy.
Retention and security
Free AI visibility audits, raw model answers, citations, mentions, reports, and report access tokens are retained for 30 days from audit creation, then the audit and cascading evidence/token records are hard-deleted.
After an audit is deleted, funnel events are de-associated and retained only as anonymous aggregate records: event name, source, campaign, test-data flag, timestamp, and stable non-personal properties for submitted/completed/report-viewed/pricing-viewed conversion analysis.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, but we protect information using reasonable commercial standards.
Your choices and contact
You may contact us at chat@huixilab.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided and free AI visibility check data, or to ask questions about this policy. We do not currently provide a public DELETE API or account-based deletion flow.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
